Are current drawings missing? 3D laser scanning captures the actual condition of the building as a basis for reconstruction, design and coordination of professions. We verify the required accuracy according to the agreed measurement scope.

CAD documents and data for BIM procedures; formats and level of detail will be agreed with your designer.
Procedure: surveying → registration and control of the point cloud → modeling → submission of agreed outputs. We also work in Rhino 3D.

3D laser scanning captures the accessible geometry of facades and architectural elements. If necessary, we supplement the measurement with photographs and drone footage of difficult-to-reach places.
We will prepare point clouds, drawing documents or 3D models for architects, designers and restoration teams according to the assignment. We will agree on the purpose, required details, accuracy and formats before data collection. We will coordinate the specific requirements of the monument research with the responsible expert.
We clearly distinguish the measured state from model parts completed according to archival drawings. The same model can thus support both technical documentation and a clear digital presentation of the monument.

A 360° virtual tour helps visitors, clients, and partners navigate a building or site remotely. It is suitable for hotels, showrooms, museums, sports facilities, and corporate operations.
The tour can be supplemented with information points, navigation and links according to the purpose of the presentation. In the case of a technical project, it can be linked to a 3D model or other agreed outputs.
