About us
We understand data and the work that follows it.
We bring together experience in civil engineering, surveying, energy efficiency, finance and information technology. We have worked with technical survey data as its end users. That is why we first establish what you need to design, verify or refurbish. We then select terrestrial 3D laser scanning, drone surveys and data processing to produce the deliverables your project needs. We work across industries in Central Europe.

One team. Expertise across disciplines.
An architect needs a reliable record of existing conditions. An asset manager needs to locate specific components and their documentation. An investor needs information that helps compare options before making a decision. We connect these needs when planning both the survey and the processing of its data.
Our experience in civil engineering, surveying, energy efficiency, finance and IT helps us understand the technical and commercial aspects of a brief. Depending on the intended use, we prepare point clouds, 3D models, CAD drawings, mapping data or virtual tours.
We work across industries in Central Europe. We carry out on-site scanning throughout Slovakia, Hungary and Austria. We communicate with clients in Slovak, Hungarian, German and English.

We know what it is like to work with incomplete information. A missing dimension, an unclear detail or an outdated drawing can mean another site visit and delays in project preparation.
Before surveying, we therefore clarify the purpose of the data, access to the site, required accuracy, level of detail and deliverable formats. Where appropriate, we complement terrestrial laser scanning with photogrammetry, photographs or drone surveys.
We distinguish surveyed areas, inaccessible locations and elements reconstructed from archival sources. We also agree on delivery so your team can open, share and process the data. The deliverables can then support the next steps of the designer, asset manager and investor.

Our journey
From early experiments to innovation (2007)
We started when drones were more of a vision than an everyday tool. Our first aerial photograph came from a phone attached to a kite. Since then, we have continued looking for better viewpoints and better data.
Experience in the Pacific
We built our experience both in the office and in the field. More than a decade abroad, particularly in the Pacific, taught us the importance of reliable equipment, careful preparation and practical problem-solving in demanding conditions.
Bringing our experience home: AuditAir (2025)
At the end of 2025, we brought that experience to Slovakia. Through the acquisition of Aviona and its transformation into AuditAir s.r.o., we combined international experience with an understanding of local projects.

A process matched to your project
Every site has different access conditions and every brief requires a different level of detail. We agree on the survey scope, data checks and deliverables before work starts. For drone operations, we consider operating conditions, required authorisations and insurance.
Send us the location, approximate scope, available documentation and intended use of the outputs. We will recommend a survey and processing approach and prepare a quotation.
